All Lory Stay & Welcome products are personalized and made to order. Physical personalized products are typically prepared within 3–5 business days after we have received all required personalization information and details.

Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

The initial personalized Digital Guest Guide is typically prepared within 5–7 business days after we receive all required property information, photos, links, and other requested content.

Digital Guest Guides include up to 2 complimentary revisions. The final delivery timeline may vary depending on how quickly revision requests and approvals are received.
